    •    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

    •    Please email hello@loveluckybrand.com with your order number and reason for return.

    •    Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

We’re happy to exchange your item (if available) within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

    •    Pre-order and sale items are final sale once production begins.

    •    Accessories and custom designs are also final sale.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
